How Good Is Betzone's Horse Racing Service?

All races taking place within the UK & Ireland are available to bet on at Betzone which is great to see.

As well as being able to place standard win, each-way, forecasts, tricasts and other bets on the days racing, Betzone also have daily racing specials available.

Daily specials vary but an example is 'Four or more favourites to win today at Chelmsford'.

We also really liked some of the other features that are available in the racing section of the website such as the 'Fast Bet Zone' which lists all races, runners and prices, allowing you to place your bets on several horses and races extremely quickly.

There is also an 'Ante Post Zone' that lists all upcoming big meetings across the UK & Ireland and a price history for each runner showing you how the odds have changed since the race was available to bet on.

Can You Stream Sports At BetZone?

Betzone do not currently provide live sports streams.

In-Play Betting

Click on the 'In-Play' tab on the BetZone website and you'll be presented with all live sporting events that are available to bet on.

Events are neatly categorised by sport for quick navigation and there are events to bet on in-play throughout the entire day and night.

In-play odds at Betzone are acceptable and compare well to many of the bigger and more established bookmakers.

For some sporting events, customers can view a visual representation of what is happening in the game. As live streaming isn't currently available, this makes for a useful tool when betting on live events.

BetZone App

Unlike with many other new bookmakers, Betzone released an app as soon as they launched.

You can download the Betzone app for both Android and iOS devices for free from the app stores.

The app works and looks great and allows you to access your account, all betting markets, the latest promotions, play casino games and much more.

Betzone Casino

The Betzone casino features around 330 different games which is a relatively low number compared to some other casinos. However, they seem to always have the latest games available with the main focus being on online slots.

As well as slots, players can choose from a number of Slingo games along with table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette.

There are also four different virtual sports games in the casino. virtual horses, virtual greyhounds, virtual speedway and virtual football. You can bet on the games and races just as you would on a real-life event and with them being available 24/7, there is never a shortage of events to bet on.

Live Casino

Around 60 different games are available in the Betzone Live Casino. However, the vast majority of these are different live blackjack, baccarat and roulette tables.

There is a small selection of live gameshows available such as Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand but we feel this section could be expanded further with the addition of some of the more popular gameshows such as Monopoly Live, Deal or No Deal, Crazy Time, Adventures Beyond Wonderland and others.

Deposit & Withdrawal Options

Unfortunately, Betzone falls a little short in the banking options category.

Many bookmakers allow customers to choose from various different types of deposit and withdrawal options such as e-wallets like PayPal, Neteller and Skrill, pre-paid cards which as Paysafecard and even the option to deposit with the funds being added directly to your mobile phone bill.

However, this is not the case with BetZone who only accept debit cards.

This may not be an issue for some customers who use their debit cards for both deposit and withdrawals but it would be good to see some more options available.

Betzone customer support is currently available via email with general enquiries being responded to within 72 hours.

Customers can also send support queries to the Betzone social media channels which include both Facebook or Twitter but as these are not manned 24/7, response times may be longer than via email.

Live chat is not currently a support option that BetZone provides.
