BetPat is a relatively new online bookmaker that was launched in 2020. As you can tell from the name, BetPat is an Irish-themed bookmaker that offers an online sportsbook, casino and live casino to residents of Ireland and other countries.

The BetPat Casino seems to be the main focus of the brand with users being presented with their casino offerings when visiting the homepage. However, they also offer sports betting along with an excellent sign up offer for new customers.

Despite boasting an Irish themed website, BetPat's head office is located in Curacao and the brand operates with a Curacao licence. Players from Ireland are welcome at BetPat and the bookmaker also attracts customers from Germany, Australia, Germany and Sweden but residents of the following countries are restricted from accessing the site: France, Guadeloupe, Guam, Italy, Latvia, Martinique, Mayotte, Montserrat, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, US Virgin Island, USA, United Kingdom.

BetPat was only launched in 2020 but reviews have been generally positive so far from customers. Currently, BetPat operates under a Curacao licence and although a licence from the UK Gambling Commission may give you more confidence, there is no evidence to imply that BetPat isn't a trustworthy and reputable brand to bet with.

Horse Racing at BetPat

Being an Irish-themed bookie, you'd expect BetPat to cover a good range of horse racing. However, this is not the case and currently, horse racing is not available to bet on at BetPat. This may change in the future but for now, customers can choose from a range of other sports that we will look at below.

Despite horse racing not being currently available at BetPat, they do cover a wide range of other popular sports. These include Baseball, Ice Hockey, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, American Football, Handball, Aussie Rules, Beach Volleyball, Biathalon, Boxing, Cricket, Cycling, Darts, Formula 1, Formula E, Futsal, Golf, Rally, Rugby, Ski Jumping, Speedway, Stock Car Racing, Waterpolo and E-Sports.

For Premier League football matches, BetPat usually offer around 150 different betting markets and although you may find slightly more elsewhere, there are more than enough to satisfy the majority of football punters who can bet on markets such as the Match Winner, Total Goals, Handicap betting, Double Chance, Correct Score, HT/FT, Goalscorer markets, Bookings, Corners, Cards and much more.

Odds seem reasonable at BetPat, especially for events in the top leagues and competitions. We compared the odds for a variety of Premier League football matches and we actually found BetPat to be offering the same or greater odds on the favourites. BetPat odds did seem to be slightly shorter for the underdogs however. Overall though, we had no issue with the value in the pre-match odds available at BetPat.

Betting In-Play

Clicking on the 'Live' link in the menu on the BetPat website will display all in-play sporting events that are available to bet on at BetPat. A huge range of events are covered every day for sports such as Football, Tennis, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, E-Sports and more.

Although BetPat's pre-match odds seem relatively competitive, we did find their odds on live events to be rather short compared to the likes of Bet365 and Unibet. However, the margin did seem to shorten for more popular sporting events and so if you are looking to bet on the lower leagues and less popular sports, you may find better value elsewhere.

A good range of stats are available for in-play events at BetPat as well as individual team form, past results and other information that may help you decide on the best bet to place.

Can You Stream Sports At BetPat?

BetPat does not currently provide a live streaming service. This is often the case with new betting sites with many of them adding this feature further down the line.

Cash Out

Cash Out is a feature that is available to BetPat customers on selected sports and markets and allows you to end your bet early for a set amount.

If your team is winning and you'd like to take a profit or if you think it has no chance of coming in and you'd rather cut your losses, you can do that using Cash Out.

To cash out a bet you have placed with BetPat, log into your account to view your open bets. Where cash out is available, a cash amount will be displayed. Click to confirm you'd like to cash out your bet and the amount will instantly be credited to your account and your bet settled.

Unfortunately, Partial Cash Out and Auto Cash Out are not available at BetPat currently.

BetPat does not currently have an app available. However, you can still bet when on the move using your mobile phone or tablet via the BetPat mobile website.
